Mommy is Mad: The Workshop for June is closed

Participants will learn to:

  • Use effective coping strategies
  • Identify their anger triggers
  • Respond appropriately to their anger triggers

 

When:  Thursday evenings

Time: 7:00-9:00pm

Where:  Parenthesis Family Center- 405 S. Euclid Ave, Oak Park

Registration Fee: $25 registration fee* for all participants

Workshop is free to Oak Park and River Forest residents $60 for non residents

Childcare is available for $15 per session, per child, $5 per sibling.  Childcare must be reserved in advance.

*Non refundable registration fee is required to reserve your place in the workshop.  Registration fee must be paid prior to the start of the workshop.  $25 can be paid with cash, check or credit card.
